The purpose of E- FORCSE is to collect and store dispensing information for controlled substances listed in schedules II, III, IV, and V, as defined in section 893.03, Florida Statutes (F.S.), and provide the information maintained in the system to healthcare practitioners to guide their clinical decision making.
